Cable Clutch

Would switching my 83 gsl to a cable clutch be a good idea? my hydro system is a little rusty and in sad shape.

No, just replace the master, slave and clutch hose, should be good for another 10+ years.

I really want to say yes to your question out of sheer evilness, but yes follow what trochoid said, and if you want to get spiffy replace the hard line too for extra messure.

why on earth would u want to do that? there's a good reason auto manufacturers went from cable to hydrolic clutches. it was better. just replace everything and flush out the steel line.

Lots of P B Blaster and maybe some heat. If you tell me you would rather use WD-40, I won't answer anymore of your questions.
