Portage across a bridge. That means you need to pickup and carry your load to get to where you are going.

If you are asking what a bridge and a street port are... well you've clearly not ever searched anything in this forum at all. It also means that you aren't going to be doing it either, so I say take your engine to your nearest rotary mechanic and say "I want to bridgeport my engine, how much will it cost?"

They will throw you a huge number, and you can ask them then what it is.

It is all dealing with flowing more fuel and air throught he engine. That is it.
