Search J-Port. Might give you better results.

the intake port area is pretty cool, and there isnt much pressure there, so the cut seal and silion/ epoxy actually does seal, although its not permanent, the usual expectation is for it to hold water for 12-18 months.

traditionally these were race engines so lasting longer than that wasnt needed. on the street it will just have trouble with cold starting at first, as the seal starts to fail

ok well i understand all of that i was just wondering if the epoxy dosent seal all the way in the water jacket or because the water finds its way from a nother water jacket and down to the port its self. So what im realy asking is when the seal finaly fails which part fails?

No specific part fails per say. You will just begin leaking coolant into the combustion chambers.

You can test the pressure by assembeling the engine and pressurizing it with air to 30psi and check for leaks.

Twin turbo S5 sounds awesome. Go check out the 2nd gen section for more info on your car. You can bridgeport any rotary motor minus the very first few mazda's and any of the NSU's.
