Talk to Robert at rotaryshack if you want to know what a nikki can do. I know the nikki has been used for up to at least 400rwhp, I'm not saying that a weber wouldn't make more power or work better, but it can be done with the nikki.

Nah, that's what the fuel pressure regulator is for, get one with a boost refrence port and it will increase fuel pressure 1:1 as boost increases. So 4psi base fuel pressure + 10psi boost = 14psi fuel pressure. You can get regulators that go up faster than 1:1, but usually that's not needed on a street car.

Since the remote turbo is so far from the engine and the exhaust has time to cool quite a bit. I would be inclined to run a seperate, self contained system for the turbo. With a 1qt holding tank, an auto tranny cooler and pump, along with synthetic, you should be good. I would also add a temp gauge to monitor, well, temps of course. If they get high, add a fan. I would also wire in a warning light in the dash in case the pump failed.

I'm scrapping the remote mount idea. My budget (and wife) are forcing me to keep it as simple as possible.

I'm looking for a boost prepped nikki, but I have my manifold and turbo sitting, waiting to go. I went with a
t3/t4 hybrid
.48 A/R compressor
.60 A/R tubrine
with the internal waste gate set at 8psi for now. I'm just gonna get a oil filter pedestel insert for my oil supply and run the return to the oil pan.
The turbo is pretty small so i'm hoping my mid range torque will be where most of my fun comes from.

This should make 180hp on a stock motor, right?

with a 155lph fuel pump, I'll need a fuel pressure reg? I'm slowly learning... still not sure how to run my fuel lines, ect. I want this done by july.

here is my set up microtec lt8-s twm throttle body with 4 1000 injectors port aggressive street port brand new internals bearing stationaries you name it. this will be rununing 18 psi to 24 psi and i should be around 400 to 450 with a t-66 . the fmic is the way to go and just use the turbo right to the engine i dont understand why go remote. if you use proper intercooling there is no need to go remote if you are concern with lag . if you are concer with detonation go with alch/water injection system and of you go.
