I don't know of any newer complete kits but one can be pieces together. Otherwise you can try to find a old school draw thru cartech or bae kit.

There are kits out there but I won't do any of them. I found out something much better by building it myself. And it's repeatable.

hogged out boost prepped Nikki
trimmed stock intake manifold to allow an FC turbo to fit with a couple of spacers and longer studs
S4 or S5 turbo with exhaust manifold (mounting holes ovaled to fit a 12A which need to be 12cm)
mallory 4309 fpr
MSD 2225 fuel pump
3/8" return hardline under the car to replace the stock 1/4" back to the tank
you might consider a surge tank and a lift pump as insurance against going lean in hard corners and in boost
semi-locked dizzy with DLIDFIS direct fire
a carb hat that fits the Nikki (probably have to custom build this cutting up a stock blue air filter base for the rubber seal section which fits neatly inside a 4" 14 gauge tube)
full 2.5" or 3" exhaust (3" DP with a 2.5" center section to muffler is recommended)

I mention all of this because it is what I've done or plan to do. For example my setup was built in early '14 and we are now in early '16. It is the best rotary I've ever done and plan to setup several others like it. I've got five of them to build over the next several months.
