My radiator just blew up; I have a volvo radiator in my rotozuk and it is a pressurized system, which means it doesnt have a pressure cap. Will this work or is there another problem that I missed? It didnt seem to circulate so I let it idle untill the thermostat, which is brand new, opened. Then all of a sudden the top radiator hose broke the neck off and hit me in the neck. WTF?

So you don't have a rad cap on it?? You need a radiator cap so when the fluid expands when it gets warm it has a place to go instead of blowing your radiator up.

Why can't you use the suzuki radiator? In/Out ports on the wrong sides?

The 79-82 shorties are quite small. I bet they'd fit.
