does anybody have any pictures of a black FB with a brown interior? i'm not sure if they came stock that way, but i was thinking... since i'm going to be taking all the interior bits out of the car to restore anyway (it's got a red interior), why not swap it with a brown one instead. i'm pretty partial to black cars with a tan interior, and the stock brown color that came in some FBs is pretty close to tan (tho a bit duller). would look interesting and i'm curious to see.

so if anyone has any pics, i'd love to see them.

 

i got a dark green with a tan/brown interior. if you want to see pix, search under the forum, "pix of my baby" and you will probably see the pix of mine. you can notice it by the gold/bronze rims on it. PM me if u have questions or comments.

 

from what i can see of the interior, that looks REALLY sharp. that isn't a factory color for the interior, though, is it?

Ive got burgandy with brown interior. Ive seen black with brown though- it looks good

 

no i dont have any more pics, but i might soon. its not a factory color, but my whole interior is dyed that color. right now what i am trying to do is fix my system so i can bump my JLs and my Alpine Amp.

Which dash design do you want? The brown interior in the 84-85 s3's is darker than the earlier s2 brown. So if you want the light brown you would have the s2 dash design. The tan interior (actual tan, not brown) was only s2 also, for some reason they didn't offer tan in 84-85. Unless you dye it, of course.
