Big Question - 12a SP or 13b N/A

Hey guys, I'm really stuck debating with myself here. I currently have 2 12a's one recently rebuilt with 50,000 Km, and the other with 170,000 Km. My origional plan was to open up the recently rebuilt 12a and give it a streetport, and a holley carb setup. But recently I've come across a really cheep 86 13B, where i will get the intake, exhaust, ECU, harness, tranny and fuel pump for very cheep. but it has 170,000 Km also. basically, i don't know if i sould stick with the 12A and put up with awefull MPG or go the FI route with the stock 13B and get similar power and much better drivability. I'm curious to how the reliablity of the 6 port 13bs? how many Kms can i realistically expect to get out of it if it was well maintained. A ported 12a would be nice, but the more torque, and economy of the 13B would be nice, along with the 8 grand redline. Help me out, what should i go for? also what kind of Hp can i expect with a full exhaust and cone filter on the 13B?
