Beehive o rings

When replacing the o rings to fix the leak on the beehive oil filter stands does the oil have to be drained first? Is there something thats worth replacing while I’m in there?

The o-rings and the crush washers for the banjo bolt are the only things that need to be replaced while you're in there. I would replace them and then do an oil and filter change.
