Oil Leak?

So I've got a oil leak coming from the oil filter. What is it that needs to be replaced?

right! I once bought an oil filter and somehow put it on with no O-ring! needless to say I found out quickly. Put on a new filter properly tightened.

Funkspectrum is speaking about the two (2) O rings on the bottom of the oil filter
pedistal. Not uncommon for them to leak.

There are two small o-rings on the bottom of the oil filter pedistal that seal it to the engine. By now, virtually all of them leak. An easy replacement if you have small hands. There is limited access to the two mounting nuts that hold the pedistal on so you're going to need a flexible wrench if you have larger hands.
