go into your control panel. go to edit options. down at the bottom it says change avatar. save your pic as a jpg and submit it. it is simple

oh yeah,. it says the maximum size of your custom image can only be 100 by 100 pixels or 6144 bytes (whichever is smaller).

no its 84 gs. i was messing around in mspaint. the full photo is here in this thread. its my only post.
