You still have to find 12A rotors though

In my experience, when the rotor housings are junk, the rotors are junk too, from extreme slot wear in the apex groove.

Those had better not be SE rotor housings, those are hard to find too. FC rotor housings have better chrome and you have to cut new grooves anyway.

It says in the part description that they mill down 13b housings and regroove them

I did that many years ago.
Used chromechipped fd housings back then.
That engine is still racing with good compression
