Question aquired s3 (84-85) stereo surround mold...

i bought it without really lookin into how to make mold's or how to make thing's out of fiberglass, ect. my question is how ever, that lol, how do u make somethin out of fiberglass? u dont need any special tools do you? if not what would you guy's like to have, style wise for the stereo surround? i was planning on making stock one's at 1st because im sure most ppl want a stock one than one's that want one where u can fit gauges galore, but let me know your input, it is most appreciated, thnx....p.s i bought it for really cheap that's y i couldnt pass it up if that question comes up

Are you in Otown again? If so lets hook up and see what we can do with it. Maybe make some CF ones? Im not a composite expert but I have done a bit of composite work as an aircraft mech.

I C. I deal with fiberglass too. I dont get the cool **** though no vaccume bagging for me. It is reccomended though. Good luck lets see some cool ****. Maybe to accept single layer CD players with various guage holes pre drilled along with the small hole for the display light . Just a suggestion. Have fun.

pre drilled guage holes would make me drool with lust. I wanna see it in CF too, or even brushed aluminum. Imagine a black interior with brushed aluminum stereo and guage cluste bezels!
