Id say you sell it for anywhere between 600 and 1000 depending on condition. But there's no choice but a rebuild for anyone buying and that's a big investment.

It's going to cost the next person the cost of a soft seal rebuild kit + time at the very least if they don't have a spare engine sitting around.

Plus apex seals and a housing (out of production) and possibly a rotor.

You most probably buyer won't be someone who has to buy 1500 in parts and diy. it will be someone who has a spare running engine or a rusted out running rx7.

Have you looked into rebuilding the engine yourself? It may put you cash ahead but time behind.

Hmm not sure, but how much for the lifted chevy? lol. Well i got my car for a grand running with 80K miles. But it wasnt in the best condition. couple of rust spots, Paint was faded and peeling. Came with a boat load of parts though. You may be able to get 1k to 1500 for it. Even with a bad apex seal. You could fix it urself. I have seen new apex seals for less that 300 hundred and a soft seal kit is about 120 or so shipped.
