apex seal
im selling my rx7 1983 everythings stock exept exaust very awsom condition 100k miles but bad apex seal how much should that knock down the price? any answer will be helpful thank.:)

Id say you sell it for anywhere between 600 and 1000 depending on condition. But there's no choice but a rebuild for anyone buying and that's a big investment.

It's going to cost the next person the cost of a soft seal rebuild kit + time at the very least if they don't have a spare engine sitting around.

You most probably buyer won't be someone who has to buy 1500 in parts and diy. it will be someone who has a spare running engine or a rusted out running rx7. |

Have you looked into rebuilding the engine yourself? It may put you cash ahead but time behind.
