I got he entire first year then reupped for 2 more and have really seen anything since. I emailed them with no response.

 

There is just two guys that run it. I know a while back one of them was in bad health.

 

Last one I got was like 3 months ago. I forget that I subscribe, and then when it come's I get a nice little suprise.

 

i usually buy it from a local book store.. then it just stopped comming. I wonder what is up?

 

This is the main reason why I refuse to subscribe. Articles seem to be of substance however I would not ne able to deal with not getting my magazine.

i didn't suscribe after the first year. major problem for shipping for me, and i think i got 4-5 issues... overall not happy with them

 

dunno whats up, is there anywhere i can check to see if my subscription is done or how long i have left?

 

ididn't get it even when i was subscribed. if it were ever delivered reliably, i'd consider maybe getting it again.

 

yeah, i got one issue then i have yet to get another, i know like Mattg said, one of them was in bad health. But what if we were to take over for them ? i mean there is alot of people on here....and im sure with all the knowledge we could get it going to a much better and bigger status....

 

They have started it as an every two month deal now. Next issue should be out next week or so.

 

We tired to offer to help write for them once before, but they veto'd the idea. When you buy a subscription it is for 12 issues not 12 months so how ever long it takes you to get those 12 issues thats how long it will last. Its like everything with a rotary it takes time my friend!

 

I never felt a need to subscribe to this magazine. What were the articles typically like? Did I miss out on anything?

 

I signed up immediately when I first heard, but delivery was spotty - some issues never got to my door - and the 1st Gen stuff was pretty thin - so I passed on re-subscribing. Too much RX8 stuff. I guess that's where the advert dollar is, and I can't blame them for that. The Miata magazine recently switched over to include Rotaries too. Caught an issue at a bookstore, looked good, and with the big Miata base its a bigger mag, more articles, but I don't know how much 1st Gen content there will be...

I usually pick one up over at Gotham Racing. They seem to always have some. Mag has always focused on the FD, but has had feature articles on all gens. Top notch mag. Still no where near what Rotary ROcket was at it's peak.

 

i subscribed for a year months and months ago, receized one mag and i havent received another. i just expect when i finally do receive another itll just be a very pleasent surprise

 

I also subscibed about a year ago, I have recieved about 4 magazines. I really enjoy reading over them... But then they stopped coming, so when I looked into why I found out about the health reasons for the delays. I was fine with this and felt it was nice they at least let us know what was going on...

It has been about 3-4 months since then, still have not recieved any issues. Sure the articles are not 100% perfect, there is mistakes. But how many other rotary magazines are there? NONE!
