analog clock

Does anyone know where (or if) I can get an analog clock to replace the digital one? It looks out of place with the other gauges. 84 GSL

Will that fit behind the plastic, or is the surround expected to sit outside, Alex? Also, is the wiring a direct replacement (splice and spade) or is more wiring required?

Just like a 52mm (2-1/16") Autometer gauge.

The black surround goes on the front (outside) of the surround.

Splice and Dice?

12+ - Constant
12- - ground.
12+ - Illumination

That's all. - Just like the stock clock.

What about attaching it to the dimmer switch?

Then you'd need a lead from the air controls...

What? The illumination lead is connected to the dash lights - Just like the factory clock.

The stock plug already has one for illumination. ALl he would need to connect it is Three blade terminals to plug into the stock plug.

No Science in that.
