Come to Boise sometime for an autocross. We have a friendly club that welcomes newcomers. You get a novice discount and a novice class where an experienced driver will walk you around the course and give you pointers. You can even ride with someone before you drive so you will be ready.

I have been autocrossing for damn near 20 years now, and I have never really done well. I just go and have a lot of fun. I will probably be out there with my RX7 if I get it into shape in time. Your story tells me that you will most likely beat me and probably half the pack.

RMD, all i got to say is that was awesome skillmanship and that youre lucky the driver of the other didnt panic and stayed put.

Oh they panicked, but luckily they didnt swerve, they braked hard and honked . If they had swerved, they wouldve hit me for sure .
