are all coils the same?
i was looking at a Jegs catalog and they all pretty much look the same to me. i guess that i'm just confused about that.
also if you know what the part number's are that i need it would be appreciated its for a 85 rx7 gs 12a
i was looking at MSD

They're exactly the same coil. The only difference is one of them comes with ballast resistors for the points style ignition.

I think before 1980 the coils were J105 and afterward for first gen (till 85) they were J109 (those are the stock coils by the way) for MSD just gofor Blaster or Blaster II coils, a few people have said they got the job done... Are you looking to go DLIDFIS?

cheers'
