aftermarket front sway bar picture/info needed
Looking for someone that has a picture of a stock front sway bar and aftermarket front sway bar side by side.
Or I need someone to tell me if racing beat's or ST front sway bars follow the same path as the stock ones or do they cut in more to compensate for the extra size.
I have very little clearance with the tires I have now and was wondering if it would rub since they're thicker.
Thanks, JR

The RB bar is identical to the stock unit in terms of shape. I've had some minor rubbing but nothing to be terribly concerned about. I'm running 13x7 Revolutions and 205/60/13 Yokohama A048's.

I have the RB front bar. It was pretty easy to install for me. I had to open up the holes in the bracket the hold the strut bar so that the larger ends on the RB bar would pass. I was also getting a little contact on the underside of the interior wheel well, so I ground on that a little as well. I have a little rub with the tire at full lock and I am running 16" x 7" Konig wheels with 205 55 r16 rubber.

Actually if you turn the mount the holes are more oval then round, so the end will fit, you just have to fiddle with it, but no cutting/grinding should be necessary

Go with the Respeed unit if you can afford it (www.re-speed.com).
I currently have the RB swaybar on mine, and due to the thichness and shape of the bar I do get a bit of rubbing with 205 and 215 13 inch tires. The respeed unit has a better shape to it, and is much lighter because it is a hollow bar where all the others are solid. Good luck!
