aaah! pot hole broke my rim

I was drivin, went through a puddle bang couldnt see it there but it was big, drove half a block and this chunk of rim came flyin up. Look at my tire and it was flat with a big piece of the rim missing. Damn't that sucks it was the factory rim. So i called a couple auto wreckers and think i may have found one in Prince ALbert. I need one really bad he said he is gonna call back in 5 minutes so i will soon find out if i got what i need. I will post right away.

That's an AMAZING deal on a STOCK rim.

Tires cost more.

In some areas you can file a complaint for damages with whatever department is responsible for the condition of the road. Note the location of the pothole and the time, then if you are lucky they might have to pay the cost of a new rim and tire, along with any other damage you may have taken (suspension, etc.). I'd check it out if I were you, just a simple phone call. Note that some areas have an exemtion from this, but not all.

10 years ago I was waiting at a light under a new overpass being constructed. All of a sudden a bunch of dirty water slopped onto my car from above. My paint was already peeling so I didnt think anything of it until days later I tried to wash it off and it was CEMENT!! I called the construction company who sent out an adjuster. He looked my car over and sent me a check for 1400$. I made the mistake of wasting 200$ on a maaco paintjob but the rest went to my wife's engagement ring.

Definately stick it to the man if you can...
