Im sorry to say but your are way wrong in that rule buddy, Nhra lets rotary engines in other car models since last year in the modified catagory wich is the same catagory ya run in. Remember "la atrevida" when she won in atco this year and it was a nhra event. So if kape wants he could run a nhra event and he is perfectly legal just like ya,
