I was thinking about having something similar in principle designed for my car. I'm pretty sure it would look good if done right. You could probably modify one of those or a similar one to fit.

From SelectMaz...The airdam is $446 AUD ($288 USD), and shipping is well in excess of $700 AUD ($451 USD). This doesn’t include insurance. Goods will be manufactured after a 50% deposit is taken. Manufacturing takes 2 weeks, and shipping takes 4-12 days.
I've requested the dimensions from the manufacturer to see if it has a chance of working. We'll see.

The name of the thread is o the tip of my tongue. But I know the thread you are talking about and the poster used the front end of a Datsun or old Toyota truck rather than a Datsun 510.
I've read the truck lip thread - not really what I was looking for. Curious if anyone has used the 510 dam.
Ive been searching still but im not sure i saw it on this forum any more. Ill keep looking i know for a fact i saw this done cuz i suggested to jimboII that his airdam could have been for a 510 after reading it.
Maybe some of the old school rotary heads will chime in and help. I think you should do it either way i know its been done and looks good imo and atleast if you do well have a new thread to search for if someone else decides they like it to.
