Supposedly, a "Mazda factory engine" was installed less than one year ago.
$50 starting bid on an 85 GSL. Too bad I am 1/2 way across the country....

I think that proves rotaries are pretty relieable given they're taken care of them ... that still prob around 380000 miles on the original engine. and its in alot nicer condition than most peoples car here on the forum ...

400,000+ miles....guess I should replace the pressure plate in my 85'. Only 170K to go to hit the 400,000 benchmark.

That is an assload of miles. That is awesome. Down with all the naysayers! Even though it has a replacement engine from a year ago, that was still a ton of mileage out of the original engine.
