2 wires passenger side lower firewall??

2 wires passenger side lower firewall??
I'm trying to hook up an a/c system from scratch and though these would be the wires.One is hot when I turn on the a/c button, when I turn the a/c button off both wires are hot. What do these go to?
this is a 1980 rx-7
and if anyone could point me to the wire or where to look in the harness for the a/c turn on wire that would be great.
