1st Gen Gauge Panel
1FastT2 makes gauge panel for 2nd gens. Although I have been making my own panels out of aluminum, I liked his much better. He can make stuff for 1st gen’s, as long as he has the stock panels (I can supply) BUT he needs at least 20 orders. If anyone is interested, please PM him. The following are for FC.

Sweet! I like the ones in the 1st photo - closer to eye level & w/ black faces. What gauges exactly are they? Whos car w/ the roll cage?
I like my boost guage on the pillar & the air/fuel meter on the column. Everything is almost eye level.

I would be interest but would need to see pictures on how they would look in an 85 center consel before I pay out that price.I Denfently like the aluminum one. The ones @ rotorhead.ca are made by Manntis which last I heard he was having problems getting the guys who cut them to make his order. I would like to get one from Manntis due to the fact it is a whole insert. If you go to his site it shows you how to make your own. Dont know about you guys but I would much rather buy one premade where all I have to do is install it.

Mark me down for an 84-85 gauge panel Mel!
Now the question is, should the gauges be above or below the stereo? I kinda like them above myself, the pic with them below looks kinda funny. Maybe make a pole to see where people like them best.

hmm, I was looking through the photo's I have collected of 84-85 gauge set ups in people's cars and all of them had the gauges below the radio. I'm assuming that's because they had the radio installed before they had the gauges because above the radio would be closer to eye level like someone else mentioned. And if you were planning on putting gauges where the clock and climate controls are, it looks a little funny to have three up there, then the stereo in the middle and 3 more gauges down low. I mean it doesn't look bad but I would rather have them all up top if we had a choice.
