Can you describe the problem in a little more detail? Is it a whine? a clunk? Does it get louder with speed? Does it only happen on acceleration, or deceleration?

It’s a growl….not tires or brakes. They’re new..if there are wheel bearings..that is actually what it sounds like.

Definitely NOT a clunk..but it’s rotational. Turning left or right doesn’t produce a change.

Stumped. Haven’t checked rear end for fluid yet. Gets louder with speed

Start with diff fluid. Check the level, then drain it and check the fluid for condition. Look for metal glitter or really overcooked gear oil. Put in some fresh fluid. Check the pinion flange for any play. There should be minimal rotation in both directions for gear engagement.
