Ok well I just replaced all the ball joints in the rear, and now when ever I down shift, I hear a slipping noise. What is the is noise? Clutch maybe. the clutchs is a few years old but only has about 2k miles on it.

 

There is no clutches in the rear end? so that cant be it. and I know my tires are not locking up and sliding, I have 275 rear, but they are Nitto so who knows.
