has a 20b ever been put in an 85 rx7? i see it happening alot in 2nd and 3rd gens but thats about it. is the engine compartment big enough? can u post some sites of where they are? im totally rebuilding an 85 from the frame up....and i was just wondering how hard it would be to put a 20b in it.

Yes, a 20b can be installed in a 1st gen. You just need alot of cash. Hitmans car is a 3-rotor, but not a 20b.

Some people don't run them if they mostly drive in areas without a lot of dust. Okinawa comes to mind.
