Not sure what you are asking about the fuel/water pump. I will tell you that I've used lots of water pumps from Autozone and I've never had a single problem with them. They don't cost very much either. Usually about $40. Never replaced a stock fuel pump. I always replace the stock pump with a Carter fuel pump from Summit Racing. It's noisy, but at least I know I'm not starving for fuel.

That pump from O'Reilly is $143. You can get a new Carter fuel pump from summit for half that.

You'll need a fuel pressure regulator too, so you can get the fuel pressure down to 1.5-2 psi where the Nikki carburetor likes it. The Holley 1-4 psi regulator is very popular.

That is the route I would go for sure. It is tried an true around here. LOTS of people have used this same exact setup. I have done it twice personally, and was very happy. It is a higher performance setup than that cheapy O'Reilly pump, and will probably last longer too.

You can't go wrong with Tokico blues. They give good handling, but are still pretty affordable. Here's a set of rear shocks:

Here's a set of front strut inserts:

The Tokico Blues are a good shock, or if you want to be able to adjust them for ride comfort or performance then look at the Illuminas. They are more expensive, but if you plan to race in the future then you should consider them...

ok another question, im planning on removing the rats nest when i get a header for my car, what can i expect for exhaust sound, accleration, pretty much performance, and does the check engine light come on when the rats nest rmoved

Removing the rats nest won't noticably improve your performance. It will make your car look a lot cleaner under the hood, and no there shouldn't be any lights come on because you took it all out. Be Sure to use vacuum caps on every line that you remove from the intake, spacer plate, or carb. You will also need to fab up or buy the two block off plates that they call for.
