Actually, now that I think of it, it was the bolt for the clutch slave.

The disk was in right from what I could tell, I'm thinking it had something to do with the pressure plate, it was locked in the open position my dad and I couldn't figure out why

But when I pulled the last two bolts, the tranny sprung backwards about half an inch, I couldn't figure it out even with it apart.

I'm off to get a junk yard special to fix it. Next comes the fixing the body damage.
