12a wont keep running

Noob to rotaries. I got the car started after siting for a while.

Fresh oil change, plugs, wires, cap and rotor.

Started a few times, smokes like a DAMN TRAIN! but won't stay running. Tried various choke positions.

Stays running if I give it a lot of gas. Any ideas what this could be?

I did notice that the t2 plug has some oil, but wouldn't both foul out?

If it is an oil leak, what can I do about it?

Did you read the 1st Gen FAQ section?

What color is the smoke?

Yeah, I read the FAQ, but it doesn't seem to cover this problem, but that's how I got the car started!

The smoke is white/grey. I think it's running too rich. Stuck float, maybe?

What does the smoke smell like and have you done anything to clean the fuel system or carb?

Smells like gas a little.

I put a fuel system cleaner in, with about 5 gallons of new gas. I changed the fuel filter.

Maybe the engine is flooded, pull the plugs, and crank the engine over a couple times, to let the gas escape out of the plug barrels.

I've done that a few times, and it spits out a lot of gas every time I do it.

I'm starting to think I just have a stuck float in the carb that's flooding out the engine.
