12A Waterpump Housing on 13B

Hi all,

Getting everything together to stack up a 13bpp for my first gen and was wondering if I could reuse my 12A water pump housing on it. The irons are S5 which I know have the 3 bolt pattern vs the 12A's 2 bolt, but it seems to me I could use RTV to help seal the extra hole. On the other hand, I've also considered filling the extra hole with epoxy

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Are you using a carb or FI?

If using a carb, the 2A water pump housing will work. You'll need to use the 12A/GSL-SE water pump.

You can also use a S4 aluminum water pump housing on a 12A/GSL-SE front cover.

get out this thread. I made a write up on using a S4 on a 112A front cover.
