12a "turbo" on Ebay

it looks to fit the description...will this this bolt on my 85 or 84....the carbs for an 84 are the same as a 85 i dont see why it shouldnt work...decent price too

ive got a street port 12a, and a turbo, but they have yet to mate and create hot wankel love. need many more parts, but that is the same turbo and exhaust mani that i have sitting on my dresser right here.

as far as bolting that bad boy on. i say good luck. adding a turbo to our cars is far from a bolt on mod, but if you do your research and take your time youll do ok.

ok sweetness i emailed him and asked for a closeup.
yeah its a draw through setup like i thought, but it sure is a cool setup
this thing sits underthe staock carb, looks like a riser plate they modified a little bit.

thats still a wierd setup up? it looks suck thru but does it also draw the fuel thru the turbo aswell as the air?? what the??

suck through turbo setups do just that, suck through. i see them more commonly referred to as draw through turbo setups than suck through. they suck the air and fuel through the turbo instead of forcing air through the turbo. that way the carb still works using vacuum the way it was designed to operate. a blow through setup actually forces more are into the carb hence the name blow through. the carb itself is put under more stress in blow through setups due to boost of course. someone less tired explain this please

yes the turbo will work with regular 12a's, the kit was made to bolt on with little mods. ive been lookin all over the net for info and havent had much specific info on the kit.
