12a Turbo

Has any one here had any experience "massaging" a 13b turbo manifold to fit onto a 12a? Or even a header, did you run into any problems with cracking?

Well a 13b is like 3/4" longer than a 12A, that would mean the exhaust ports and bolts would be all wrong

I think you looking a custom exhaust manifold seems like it would be a LOT less work

I believe the Rotary Engine ones are done by Crispeed, but don't quote me on that.

Ive heard of people ovalling the holes of a standard 13B Turbo exhaust manifold and bolting it straight up. It's only 5mm difference on each side.

I've seen a pic 13B manifold on a 12A turbo. I'm sorry I don't know much about it. I'm pretty sure the car was featured on the online magazine Autospeed about a year and a half ago. I'm sure i saved pics of the car on my PC. I'll have a look for them & post them if i find them.

If you can get your hands on one, JUMP ON IT.
They are Very Nice and Reliable, and have Decent HP Numbers (250hp) which is great for a first Gen.
