Thumbs down 12A with just headers

Thats all I can say... Due to some flanges not fitting, I had to drive down to the exhaust shop and back with only headers installed. I swear that thing was louder than my 350 V8 van was with just headers. I got some NASTY looks.. never again!

I had to drive 40 miles like that one time when my exhaust self-destructed at the dragstrip. I gave up trying to be quiet and just drove full-out trying to be off the road as quickly as possible My ears were still ringing the next day.

I race like that, but I started getting bad headaches so I started wearing my helmet to cut the noise making it to my ears... made it a little better. And that was only for maybe a minute tops of running!

Dude, just go to a junkyard and yoink an old exhaust off an 83 Rx-7. They might even just let you have it for nothing.

I remember replacing the exhaust manifold on my sisters mustang, I removed it and realized that i needed it on ramps, drove it up the drive way onto car ramps with no exhaust manifold... THAT was loud.

I drove mine to the muffler shop with only a pacesetter header on there... the noise was bad enough, but I thought the incredible vibration from under the floorboards was going to rattle my teeth out! The flames shooting out when I decelerated were pretty cool though!

when i checked to see if my cat was plugged, i ran it for a little with only headers, it was loud as hell. with only headers my car wont hold idle very well and has a very un-steady noise all the way through the rpm's, it still sounds sweet
