12A engine project but need drawings.

Before anyone says it, I did search before I posted and I do have the Yamamoto pdf's for all the calcs and stuff. But over the years has anyone done the 12a in either AutoCad or Solidworks.?

I'm asking as it'll save me a load of time, would prefer them in 2d but I can work in 3d just as well.

I'm planning on designing and building a single rotor engine for motorbike racing, I have a couple of 750 bottom ends as donors so I can start to draw that lot up and start on machining the gearbox plates.

I only need the rotor, the rotor housing and e-shaft, the e-shaft will be for reference as I'll be machining my own up as I will with the end plates.

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Dave.

Someone else was looking for cad drawings too in the past year or so. Don't recall the results but cad, autocad might be the search words to start with.

Yeah I went through 8 pages lol, but nothing came through, maybe a couple of things got sent via pm or email.
I have seen 'tegheim' quad rotor thread with solidworks drawings but don't like to look like I'm rippin a guy off his work so that's why I'm asking if they are around to download. If not then I'll ask if he says no then I'll have to do it myself.

Thanks but so can I, it's a wierd shape, I did see a 'gif' of how it was worked out, I saved it somewhere, just have to shift through all the crap on my hard drives to find it.

I do have the Yamamoto calcs but has been so long since I did anything like that in college.

I took my 12a apart and gonna measure it myself. But have found a G-Code generator for rotaries (can't remember where though) so I can machine the housing accurately.

http://www.4shared.com/document/v8H-...r_with_ex.html

With the points and positions it gives you guys should be able to draw/machine the housings you want.
