VxTurbo... I believe that is exactly what is happening. It seems easier just to replace the whole carb and intake. Then to try and get that carb to run right.

Nick your car looks good in that picture I could show you some 3000x3000 pictures of my car at night but you still can't see the problems with it.

lose the 17's you're wheels actually are giving a slightly longer gearing and less torque due to the tall tire height and increasing rotational weight thus reducing overall power, i'd say with a smaller rim you'll have over 115hp

LMAO.... Um i wasn't going to say anything but the second dyno sheet was with 15's on the car. Frist one is with 17's. Wheel diameter total will effect hp but wheel size has very little effect on the outcome.

Couldn't edit that last post for some reason. They were 14's not 15's

teh difference in the size rims would probably change the curve like it did, taking it up to 7300 rpms instead of 6600.

If the tires are big and the rim is small it is the same as big rims and small tires.

If the tire is smaller than stock or larger than it will affect the speedo and rpm.

it uses the heat from the exhaust to heat the air in the copper line which runs up to a heat activated choke spring to relax the choke spring and let the choke off once hot and once cold again it puts the choke back on. i had one on mine but swpped over to mechanical choke

^^^ he's got it right ... I think the mechanical would be better as it seems like sometimes the heat in the tube stays too hot and keeps the choke on while i would like it off somtimes.

Good to know! Never heard of a mechanical heat activated choke working like that. I had always used electrical ones. Usually activated by a thermal switch on the thermo. housing.
