looking good. humm I got an extra one. I wonder what it would look like if it was polished up, is that what you plan on doing? or you going to leave it blue?

Yeah, any open air canister (RB, ISC, Bonez, Cut-out stock) gives an awesome sound.

Man, for stock that really doesn't look half bad!

Definitely do some detail work on it. Heck, I'd even leave it blue, unless you do some really serious work polishing.

It's a little more work, but if you leave the top ring on the lower part, it will maintain most of it's rigidity.

Simple and effective. Nice work. Looks like you were lucky you didn't crash when filming that last one. lol. By the way, your left turn signal is on.....

lol if only i had 3 arms and hands it would of looked good

i went for another drive and i think it sealed a little better than the videos and was freakin loud through 1st all the way up the gears i mean louder than the damn civics

i think ill add some rubber to the top lid so its sealed more.
more bang for buck

im not to sure what you meant scott?

The lower part of the housing will stay stiffer if you leave the rolled lip all the way around the top. You notched openings, if you had cut holes, it would have more stability.

Leave the rolled lip and 1/4-3/8" of the side, you'll be good. Another way to do it is use a hole saw and run a series of holes around it. That would give the best strength.

I have the RB exhaust, plus the RB powerpulse intake filter unit. The sound is awesome. At times, the sound of the intake is louder than the exhaust. I pipped the throttle underneath an overpass yesterday and the ricer in the neon next to me made a mess all over his steering wheel. lol.

The powerpulse intake works like a bass amplifier due to its shape. Makes for a very deep throaty sound. Its like giving your car a big hit of testosterone. The setup flows great, but I'd recommend it for the sound alone...
