When...you fly 21 hours to check out a part for your first gen you want to buy...and stay for sevenstock....only to find half the first gen guys forgot to wash their cars before the event after driving across the country!

You know you are SA/FB owner when you spend the rent money on another FB, then the grocery money on new engine.
You know you are SA/FB owner when you are telling your kids that they can build one to be their first car (BTW my girls are 9 and 11 and yes they are working on their FBs already)
and lastly
You know you are a dedicated SA/FB owner when you spend 3 hours reading all 42 pages of this thread even though you have read it before (iraq is just boring, or I miss my babies)

IDK, but If your car has DFIS either 2GCDFIS, DLIDFIS, you don't even need the cap and rotor. I've won multiple bets that I can run my car without that stuff. I win every time. Piston owners are dumb.

I like my backfires kinda muffled. Mine sounds kinda like a T shirt cannon "Phump" with flames.

this is more of the you know your a rx7 owner in general when your motor dies and you spend twice as much on a rebuild then you thought due to wanting more power

When you tell someone to pop their hood and you stand beside their car forgetting mosts hoods are hinged on the back.
When your low compression engine is still faster than most of your friend's cars (we found out a few days ago that my engine only makes good compression on 2 of the 6 rotor faces and I'm STILL quicker than most of my friends haha).
When you've made people with fuel injection say "you can tune your idle speed, idle mixture, fuel pressure, and A/F ratios with a set of hand tools? Man I wish I had a carburetor!"(Dellorto and Holley FPR)
When people look at you funny as you pour oil in your gas tank.

Yeah I get that from all the females I know. That and when I light up a cigarete people ask if thats safe for me to do that right now. I tell them they cause cancer any time you smoke.
