widebody tuned, but still needs more work...

My car is at the shop right now, exhaust is done finally! Tuning brought forward some issues, my wastegate is sticking open, and need to figure out a way to redo some of the vacuum lines so they can hold more pressure, they keep blowing off.

This tune was on low boost (9 psi) 320rwhp, I need to upgrade the rear plate to a S5... Unfortunately I was told my old rear plate was from a series 5 and never argued or looked into it.

Will be an expensive bill getting all this done, but the tuner will be able to give me a map for the higher boost when the upgrade to the better rear plate is done.

Unfortunately the trip kind of went to crap right from the very start. Towing the car with my old truck through the mountains proved almost impossible... Had to have someone come from home (12 hours away) in order to tow the car back...

Why are your vacuum lines carrying pressure? Vacuum is sort of the opposite of pressure.

My engine is turbocharged, so once the throttle plate is open and the car is in boost, boost pressure is applied to all the lines.

Besides the boost controller what vacuum lines are you running? The pics of your engine bay looked very clean and I did not see a lot of vacuum lines around.

The few that I have, all have zip ties on them. I found that works fine.

That's got to lead to interesting behaviors for anything accessory-wise that wants vacuum... Bet that would give an aftermarket cruise control conniptions.

I've never had a turbo to play with, so forgive my ignorance.

I think you have a PCV inline with parts that see boost, like the brake MC. Not too
sure on that though, never boosted (yet).

You have a check valve to prevent pressurizing the master cylinder. Boost controller, boost gauge, rising rate fuel pressure regulator, blow off valve, standalone MAP sensor, wastegate all need vacuum/boost lines going to them.
