125 average over 40 miles with a top tech speed of 138 while Open Road racing last year in Texas. Going fast is one thing, but averaging a high rate of speed over a 40 mile distance is something totally different. Incredible RUSH!!

my 79 SA: maybe 110mph, not much left if any
I've hit 150 and 155 in a F355 and Z06, respectively, driving at road america.
I've been in an F40 at 165, but I wasn't driving that one....

not my car, but my mechanic has an 83 rx that he frankenstiend (if thats how you spell it) he put a 350 v8 out of a vett in it. but either way he finally finished it and i rode with him at bristol motor speedway drag. 154. pretty damn fast. btw hes got an 84 and 85 gsl-se sticker on the back drivers side window. at least i thought that only gsl-se's have them. whats the deal cause the interior is from an 83 obviously.

Are you talking about the IMSA sticker? Jeff20B's '81 S model has one, as does his brother's '84 GSL, but my '83 GSL doesn't. Seems like it's pretty random.

105, in a 08 f350 ford pulling my race car and trailer weighing in at like 8000lbs tongue weight.

But the actual fastest speed I have been, I really have no idea, At one time I thought it was 158 but then I found out that almost all factory speedos are horribly off over 100, so I really have no idea.

179 with buddy driving his 700hp S2000 while pulling away from a GSXR 1000.

155 in my 05 GT mustang "nitrous aided" still getting pulled on by a C6 Z06 vette.

155 in my old Supercharged 97 Cobra pulling on a very modded lightning that was on my door up to 145. The lightning was much more impressive then my car.

All years after 1979 had those stickers in the window. They are old though, so chances are they were just taken out due to fading or old age.

Fastest I've gone? Just slightly over the speed limit.

^^^^Tell me about it. I got my 93 chevy lumina with a bad strut mount up to 80 mph for a whole 3.2 seconds. It was shaking worse than michael j. fox in antarctica.

well 84 gs didnt have one, and i was the third owner my grandparents being the owners from 86 or 87. my gpa said it wasnt on there when he got it. it could have very well be taken off by the first owner but i dont know. it was in too nice of condition for the sticker to get cracked and faded real bad in 2 or years
