What is it?

This part is on my '78 SA22. It's a white plastic tube zip tied to the long oil cooler hose. It has two wires, one green one black, coming out of one end and a black with green stripe wire out of the other. See picture attached. I have no idea what it could be. Help.

I located the sensor that goes in the oil pan, Unfortunately, the bag did not contain the threaded collar that holds it in. Any idea how to replace that if I can't find it?

Found the collar. There are two holes in the left front side of the oil pan. The parts manual only shows 1. Which one is for the oil level sensor and which one is for the other thingy that isn't in the parts diagram.
