When u buy a new clutch kit it comes with a throwout bearing but where do I get the cage and ring to hold the throwout bearing to the pressure plate?

The throwout bearing sits in the shift fork and on the input shaft and is operated by the clutch slave cylinder. Its job is to just apply pressure to the pressure plate fingers but doesn't physically attach to it.

the bearing doesn't attach to the pressure plate. it's held in place by the fork, which is all within the bellhousing of the transmission.

Every video I've looked at shows a metal ring and a cage that attach to the fingers and the throwout bearing to hold the bearing to the fingers

A ring and a cage

That ring in the fingers

if you notice, that's for an FD (Gen 3), they use a pull-type clutch. Gen 1 and Gen 2 cars use a push-type. completely different setup.

diabolocal1 bet me to it - That's an FD and has a different type of clutch engagement. The FD uses a Pull Type and the FB uses a Push Type

So the throwout bearing just pushes against the fingers not locks into them
