downshifted for an exit ramp, but missed 4th and put it in 2nd on accident. Pulled a 180 inside the ramp, stopping facing up it. The look on the guy behind me's face when he round that corner and saw me facing him was priceless.

93 Saturn sc2 - 145 mph, empty 2 lane, 3 A.M., family of deer. Slid it in the ditch, popped back out, and ran over a raccoon at 90 mph. Still drove the 200 miles to my destination. Only thing messed up was the missing plastic airdam. Which I later jimmy rigged a better metal one on.

93 Saturn sc2, again. Took an on-ramp at 60mph. Drifted right off the turn and into the ditch, just missing where the guard rail started in about 10 feet. Whipped her around and pulled back onto the highway.

93 Saturn sc2, yet again. Took her off roading., in 3 feet of snow. Coming over a hill, driveing over a road, down and up another hil, and back onto another road. As I peel out onto the road, ditching all the snow, I find out I'm now on the interstate, with cars raceing up behind me. Luckily, I live in N.D., we don't have that much traffic.

Nothing in the seven yet, still waiting to register it.

Drifting into the hands of the cops lol

91 Rx7
There is a awesome down hill turn off a back road into my old development in Maryland(Lanham Severn rd and Woodstream drive) that me and my buddies would always do some wicked fish tails and power slides going about 35-45 MPH. The angle of the hill and the width of the road were just a natural place to do this ha ha. I had a girl in the car and I figure I would impress her with my drifting skills( Always a dumb move ). So this time I come around the turn going extra fast, the wheels break lose making crazy noise but while in mid drift as I straighten the nose up I see two police cars about 75 yards from me. They were on the scene of a robbery and one looked my way like WTF. I basically came to a complete stop in like 1 sec, parked and pulled out the floor jack that I had handy in the hatch, at this time the officer is walking my way. He's like what the hell are you doing. I did my best to convince him something broke underneath my car causing the skid LOL. And it worked. I told him I wasn't even going fast, herd a grinding and snapping sounds and I went sliding. Of course he really didn't believe me and was just pre occupied. NEVER DID THAT **** AGAIN

Had my 1995 T-Bird, and at the time a friend asked me to be in a video that he was making for video production class in high school. He needed some action shots of a car so I stupidly volunteered cuz I was used to joy riding it. I started doing doughnuts in the middle of the damn street (luckily, no traffic) bouncing it off the rev limiter until BOOM engine cooked. Felt like a total idiot cuz my dad won the car at an auction and he gave it to me.

Was sliding my 96 Jetta in the loading dock behind my work (helps with stress). Ended up holding the slide for too long until I hit the curb, I started freaking out cuz I thought something broke so I got out and checked and then thanked God that there was no damage.

Ok, the most recent one was in my 7 haha. I was learning how to launch it and I tried to do it at 7k (I know, I know). Well it launched hella quick and I was impressed until I blew a bearing and then my clutch started smoking. Well now I gotta get all the bearings replaced and my clutch installed. there goes $800....

Drifted a corner in my mint GSL, too much gas, hopped over the curb. Snapped a tie rod, bent my control arm and dented the passenger side fender, getting $3,000 paint job soon anyways.

i forgot this thread was up...

85 GSL - -

this just happened this past sunday july 12, 2009. i had a girl spend the night at my house and got up early to take her back to her place, still on the road i live in she told me to do that "thing i did last night around that curve."....girls and the things we do for them.

Pretty tight curve, i usually take it at about 45mph a bit sideways, well i forgot it had rained and the water washed some of the loose gravel onto the outside of the curve. so i'm in 2nd gear stomp it go around the curve, hit some of the loose gravel and break a bit more sideways than usual, no problem i counter then it starts kicking the other way so i counter again but this time a bit wider than before and my passenger rear tire caught a patch of wet grass, which was enough to break the car completely sideways at this point i'm trying to counter but it wasn't enough and i start heading straight towards a ditch, fortunately i had slowed down a lot from all the countering that by the time i got to the top of the ditch the car slid because of wet leaves and hit an oak tree head on......

damages? the paint on the front bumper cracked a bit. there's a small dent on that area between the hood and the bumper can't even see it unless you stand in the right spot, and i got poison ivy ...

Racing down a 2 lane 2way street with parked cars on each side about a metre away. I was on the right lane (In New Zealand) doing about 150 kph (sa with 13B stage II) in a 50kph zone at bout 2am. Saw a car coming out of a driveway had to get the **** back into the left lane but my mate slowed down too, luckily my brakes were better than his so I managed to get behind his Starlet (12a bridgey). Stupid ****** idea

It seems a lot of the responses are more crazy then stupid. The stupidest thing I ever did was drive my rx when I first bought it for over a month with tires so bald in the front wires where showing. This ended with a blow-out at 60 and a serious pucker factor.

****, where do i start.

Donuts in church lawn and parking lot

120 on R rated tires

Getting busted for squeeling tires on the most *****-esque traffic circle

Going the wrong way down highway 119

Running red lights

Getting airborn at 110 on a bumpy road while turning.

Intentionally hitting pylons

Driving my mom's accord... Doing reverse donuts, not realising that all her work **** was in the trunk and getting thrashed around (got caught the next day).

Trying to launch my mom's accord in third (burnt the **** out of the clutch)

Intentionally hitting shopping carts

Flew kite out of sunroof

That's all i got tonight.

Yes, eventually - - but I lost major points for proposing "in that car of yours." Took a serious campaign to make the sell after that.

We celebrated our 15th anniversary in June.

So it was actually the smartest thing I ever did, too.

went 140mph on completely blown suspension down a giant bumpy *** bridge in Mi
(lol the only way my car was ever gonna go that fast), it felt like my car was floating.

I thought the suspension was just old and worn (car had like 153K on the clock when I got it)
later on when I put new shocks and springs on, I found out that the rods in the rear shocks were bent and they had absolutely ZERO compression. (so I went 140 on springs lol)

Edit: did I mention that sometimes if I hit a bump and the orientation of the car was right, (well wrong really) my back tires would bounce and cause the car to fishtail? (spun out like that a couple of times)

the dumbest but smartest thing ive ever done....trying to impress a girl in my jeep i lit em up in the highschool parking lot and did a massive smokey breakstand for a couple minutes but i was interupted by the sound of a cop tapping my my back window...i tried to blame it on a burning belt hahaha turns out he was in the lot for a hit and run 5 minutes before and just happened to see a big cloud of smoke behind a jeep haha...anyways BIG ticket came my way but i got the girl and shes still with me today so i guess it was a good thing...kinda one of those wierd love stories lol.

also i used to love speeding on this county road behind my house cuz theres never cops there, well the last time i ever sped on that road it just happened to be 11pm and i got caught by a trooper who happened to live on that road he was on his way to work and saw me fly by his drive way at 75mph in a 35 zone....another big ticket lol, ya i know i have a horrible driving record

oh one more thing, for all the snowboarders out there...NEVER attempt to drive a stick with snowboard boots on!!!! they are too big and stiff.. and it results in trying to hit clutch but hitting brake pedal at 70mph, then ditch, then tree...not good. now i always bring shoes with me

hydroplaned off highway into grass, pulled E brake came to stop facing oncoming traffic. Somehow feathered clutch back over tall wet bank of grass and got back on highway, foot shaking all the way to my destination.

Floored my old 99 Grand am with shot summer tires around a snow covered turn with ice under it came so close hitting the curb.

Friend drifted his dads 01 ford van and hit a curb.

friend was doing donuts in his 82 rx7 and hit the curb and i was going to buy the rims he had on it.

Friend tryed doing a 180 going backwards and ended up jumping a curb and hitting a tree and same guy hit a wall after street racing
