First of all, what plug is that from? Leading, Trailing, 12a or 13b? Stock plugs should be NGK BR8EQ-14 with four posts/electrodes. I think 13b's has BR9EQ-14's for trailing, but I could be wrong there. Only have had 12a's to date.

For the color, it's not black, wet or covered with oil/soot. I would say you are running decently close to stoich or a little lean. What did you do just before pulling it? WOT pulls or just sitting at idle until the engine warmed and you got off choke/warm up enrichment?

Looks lean to me but don't know what the runtime was before you pulled it. For idle this is not too bad but could be a bit richer. The flash is also washing it out so its hard to say.

it looks pretty happy, maybe it could be a little leaner on average.
the plug color is like the average of the whole time you ran the thing, so it doesn't tell you much

Plug colour looks fine in my opinion but you are likely running the wrong plug . ONLY use NGK's ... I've seen weird things happen with non-NGK plugs in rotaries ( in 40 years ) .
