the back side of ur shows they were once gold. have them blasted and refinished in gold. i think it would go well with the red.

Thank you, still a long way to go though.

Exhaust is a ceramic coated RB head and custom mid pipe. It stays seperate until the axle then collects into a 3 inch brola proXS.

Nice exhaust, pretty quiet for what it is.

Great dyno result, gonna dyno mine in the spring. Long ago I had the same peak hp as yours with a smaller carb and more restrictive exhaust than I have now, however the camden delivered a flat 150ft lbs of torque all through the midrange.

Guess I aughta update this, lol.

Well this is what it looked like before:

And after lotsa scrubbing and scraping and a lil paint:

Out with the old

In with the new:

Old front:

New front:

It was all pretty straight forward. I had previously replaced all the bushing with Energy Suspension polys as well as any other old rubber/join that could be replaced. Found an easier way to get the old bushing out of the controol arms too. Rather than burning them out my neighbor had a tool used for poping CV joints, we got a socket that was slightly smaller than the diameter of the bushing and with the aid of an impact, punched them out with ease. The bits that were left came out quickly with a touch from the air die grinder and metal cutting bit. She's riding happy on new everything.

Decided I'd tackle the under hood portion of the wiring harnes after everything was swapped. Looking back, I really wish I had taken a lil more time in reading the FSM diagrams. The whole process took me much longer than I had orginally intended.

Anywhoo, the pics.

These three wires were for the oil pressure sender, temp sensor, and alt. They reached all the way over the car after I pulled them outta the loom.

And everything that was removed:

I'm still not done with it though, the OEM wiring harnes is a maze of endtangled, spliced, and jumped wires. Eventully I'll cut it all out and build my own with proper grounds and what not.

Cool, thanks. The wiring is the last major thing I'm gonna do until it gets a camden. Suspensions done though I've been thinking real hard about getting some REspeed coil overs, interior is done, exterior is pretty much done till the camden comes along.

I hope you'll follow my other thread too, I hope to pick your brain as it comes together.
