Random exaust video thread

It was cold this morning and I took a video of my car idling. (Half because it sounded awsome, and half because I wanted to see if my iphone would take good video)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk-0bvSwdiQ

It was sitting on about 1/2 choke warming up to defrost the windshield.

And I always got mad at my car for idling like that!

Oh wait, then I remembered its carb'd and it hates cold.

So I bought a Lumina. And stored the RX7

HAHA...i was just about to ask if my car was the only one that did this. I love just sitting at red lights with the stockport 12a sounding like a bridgey and looking over at the people next to me...LOVE IT!

My homemade exhaust.
2" header --> 2.5" resonator --> 2x2" resonators.

Nice and quiet at low rpm's and a real screamer at wot.

This is my RB Streetport dual exhaust. Before the Sterling went on.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQOKb...e=channel_page

This is the how the car sounds with the Sterling. I do need to take a video from the muffler end. Turn your speakers up just a little bit. I had the waterproof cover on my camera so it messed up the audio.

Damn I really wish I had the money to put in a lightweight flywheel when I put in my clutch...oh well, when I rebuild the motor I'll beef up the clutch and put a new flywheel in then I guess.

Wait, is that 8 lbs flywheel? I have a 12 lb and mine revs pretty quick but the comparison of mine to yours is a huge difference.

Yes, it is. 8 lbs., and it's steel. I have no idea who made it, but it's awesome. Jeff20B has one, too.

she's quiet and obviously no lightweight flywheel here. all stock 12A with most stock exhaust components except bonez converter system and probably unknown muffler since the tips dont look like factory ones i've seen.
also when the choke is on it sounds like a bridgy lol or a very mild one

Well since this thread is still alive, here's my serious post. Everything stock except a full streetable RB exhaust (including stock fly wheel):

old vid when i first got the car and got the engine transplanted in it from the 808. had the complete rb sp system. it's alittle louder now since i removed the presilencers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0SQtwyL8cPc

and that guy's gsl with the cbr 900 mufflers on it. both vids were made for a thread about sounds of different exhaust systems. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0x4El8z8Jkc
