Please help decode a Euro VIN

I tried many decoders, including the one here, then realised they decode US VINs not Euro ones...
The car was sold new in the U.K. I believe and imported into Kenya second hand in the early 90s
I don't have any paperwork yet, and I would like to be sure of the year of manufacture before starting buying spares from far away!
The VIN is JMZFB131200663328
I believe there is no digit that identifies YOM, it would have to be determined by the serial number 663328
I found some info on erix7.nl but it says that 82 ends at 652106 and 83 starts at 700132 so my car does not exist lol

I believe the year and month of manufacture is stamped on one of the identification plates on the vehicle, or at least it should be. Unfortunately I can't recall which one off the top of my head - I'm sure someone else will.

I would say that we could help identify the vehicle by what parts it has on it, but recently I've been quite surprised to find out how many differences there are on the euro models even in regards to the carburetor and emissions system. If all else fails we can at least give it a shot - and I'm betting someone here also knows the euro models to some extent.
