Need help asap...Please

Please help, I'm having problems with the paperwork, I didn’t anticipate this would happen but it did. Damn regulations. I need any possible info from a vin number. I believe the car was built for European market, Germany to be more specific, because the label with the vin is in German (that’s the only label on the car) The vin number itself starts with JMZ instead of JM1 and technically it's a ghost vin in North America. No info until 1998. I need to find a build date and any other possible info as soon as possible. I tried contacting Mazda Japan, but couldn't find either their phone or email, since their entire site is in Japanese and I can't understand it. I also tried Mazda Germany, same story everything is in German and I can't understand it either. The car is a 1994 RX-7. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

The vin is JMZFD13B200100371

This is very urgent.

Thank you

Thank you very much, I really appreciate the help.

The buld date is driving me crazy. I started looking for it over 2 months ago, then everything settled and I gave up since I couldn't find it, and now I get a letter from the government saying that I'll have to export the car out of Canada if I do not provide them with the info. I wonder where the 1994 came from? In the title it says "model year: 1994" It also says 1994 on all legal documents. I wonder if someone just made up the year when they were importing the car because they couldn't find it either. This car was, somehow registered in the US since 1998. Anyway, thank you for taking your time to help me.

1994 is the first registration date and 1992 the build date...

in germany you can registrate a car from 1960 without any registration bevore and so the car is a 2006 in the papers...

Thanks everybody, I really appreciate it. So far it looks like the bastards are still going to make me export my new baby, that would mean that I'd have to sell the car, but I still have some hope left.
Canada doesn't manufacture a single damn car and they come up with such stupid regulations. This rx7 is identical to the cars in US/Canada, there is no difference what so ever. The car is fine for US, it passed all inspections and they allowed it to be registered in the US. If it's good enough for US it should be good enough for Cabada. I already put about $7 thousand into the car, and now they tell me that there is a problem, it's been over two months already.
